It took me 90 days to write and implement the system… a great return in investment. – Philip Beyer
Philip was looking for freedom so he ventured off to automate his business. He built his business by telling magazines his story and this became his advertisement, which contributed to his growth. Most businesses fail after 1-5 years due to burn out and mismanagement. Success Habit: Morning checklist and categorize.
Philip’s One Idea
Philip moved out of his music business with some experience in printing in 1988 and launched Beyer Printing with a few thousand dollars. He experienced some success. However, he started to become overwhelmed. After reading a book, he learned and implemented systemization and quality control in his business. He started finding freedom to concentrate on growing his business and from that, people started asking him to teach them his system.
Philip help other business owners that are having trouble with managing their businesses and personal life by simplifying process management and teaching them how to turn-key their business using the power of system.
