Every decision I make is part of a much larger purpose behind my own career, my own life and what I want my company to become. –Paul Roetzer
Paul decided that he needed to start with a vision in mind. He was heavily influenced by the books that he had read. Every decision he made was part of a much larger purpose. When Paul found great talent he wanted to nurture and develop them. He brings this same mindset in serving his clientele. Success habit: Be focused on the day and the task at hand.
Paul’s One Idea
Paul started his career in the PR industry. In 2004 he wrote a paper called PR 20/20. Later that year he decided to build a business for his wife. He set out a model based on his PR 20/20. He built this business model while he was still working. In the fall of 2005 he put this business into motion and started his business.
Paul’s defines his business to be a performance driven marketing agency. They work with companies to define what their metrics are, what they want to achieve. They look at businesses in 4 stages of a funnel: brand, lead, sales and loyalty. They help people grow the top part of that funnel. Most of these are done through digital marketing.
