…putting something out there and seeing how it went instead of just deliberating. – Caleb Wojcik
Episode discussion has been around helping budding entrepreneurs to pick their niche in their market, work hard at it, join a Mastermind group, consider the WHY (why do you want to be an entrepreneur) and then ACT on it, as they consider starting up and business.
Caleb’s One Idea
“People didn’t have the budget to hire a video team and they just wanted to make their videos look better…. teaching video production to people who can’t really afford to hire me and I have a guide and a course in there as well.”
“I was giving a presentation and I tried to provide as much value as I could for free to these people and then I just heard that people needed it and so that’s why I put that together.”
Lessons / Struggles
Caleb started with zero connections, zero subscribers, zero traffic but he just pushed through growing that for a long time and then eventually. It was almost 2 years or so when he released his first product and it didn’t do as well as he had hoped it would. That experience pushed him to see what other options were available to him. This experience allowed him to pivot into a different space instead of just deliberating.
Caleb joined a mastermind group to help him through his struggles. Mostly for encouragement through the pivoting and changing.
