If you aren’t having fun, you aren’t doing it right!- Brad Rex
Brad talks about how to bring innovation to an unpopular industry. He also gives practical examples of how to be successful personally and professionally. Success Habit: Write your plan down.
Brad’s One Idea
Brad saw that death care was an industry that has not had any innovation in 50 years. There was an opportunity to reinvent the funeral industry and to take the funeral experience to a different level.
The Foundation Partners Group has created a complete cycle for a person to take care of what is needed before death, actual death, the service and afterwards. They have created Share Life Multisensory Experience Rooms. In those rooms they can recreate a beach, a golf course or mountains. There are also high definition projectors, audio systems and scent generators. It creates a wonderful connection for people with their loved ones. They got rid of the casket selection room and now you can design your casket on 60” flat screen TV’s. They have removed all the uncomfortable barriers from before.

How can I bring my skills or knowledge into that to dramatically improve an experience for people? How can you impact a lot of people and do it in a way that can benefit them and allow you to be successful.
