Time-chunking is teaching the habits of efficiency and productivity.– Andrea Shields Nunez
In the beginning, Andrea encourages people to look at successful mentors and emulate them but soon, they must find their own path and take lessons learned and apply it to their life or business. Success Habit: Choose one goal every single day, schedule it and get it done.
Andrea’s One Idea
Andrea knew that she really wanted to do something in the life coaching arena. After going through several months of studies and some coaching, a coach opened her mind up to coaching in the career space. Using her background in recruiting she started working with a few people and she then fell in love with this business path.
Andrea works with clients one on one. She is currently writing her first book. Andrea will also be starting a podcast around the topic of finding freedom through entrepreneurship.
♦ Time-chunking = a time management system.
♦ Track your time for about a week (every hour of the day).
♦ Look for patterns of availability (chunks of time when you’re available for your business).
♦ If you don’t see big chunks of time, where could you have big chunks of time (wake up an hour earlier or giving yourself 1-2 hours here and there).
♦ Figure out what your goals are (3 goals for the week).
♦ Break down the goals to specific steps and put them in the chunks of time available.
♦ Put them on the calendar as if it’s an appointment that cannot be missed.
