Building a service-oriented culture is great for business. Wow your customers and you will win in the end. – Aaron Schwartz
Aaron wanted to build a “Wow!” customer service. Success Habit: Curiosity – somebody that you know that will help…look them up. Research them and network with them.
Aaron’s One Idea
A friend introduced him to the watches and asked if he wanted to sell them over the summer. They thought the watches were a cool product and thought they could have fun with it.
They decided they wanted the company to have an A+ customer service experience and the fans, ModaFamily, will build the business by telling them what designs, colors, names should be and what sports licenses to get to launch each product. Their mentality is, “How can we make everything right for the customer?”
♦ You have to care, or find someone who does care to run customer service
♦ Have it permeate the whole culture
♦ Reinforce it: be proactive
